Tingting Liu (刘婷婷)

Tingting is the Lab Manager. Her job is to make the lab running efficiently.

Dan Huang, PhD (黄丹)

Dan is a Research Assistant Professor, and the lab's chief bioinformatician. She has expertise in analyzing all sorts of high-throughput sequencing data.

Yonghong Hao (郝勇红)

Yonghong is a 4th-year PhD student and applied mathematician with expertise in numerical analysis of PDEs. She works on mathematical modeling of metabolic fluxes.

Yining Zhao (赵一宁)

Yining is a 4th-year PhD student. She is interested in how differences in three-dimensional genome structure affect tumor cell metabolism. Besides, she believes she is a cutie every day！

Zhiyu Lv (吕之羽)

Zhiyu is a 4th-year PhD student and an outstanding synthetic biologist. He is working on characterization of the tumor microenvironment with spatial transcriptomics.

Chun Feng (冯淳)

Chun is a Research Assistant. Her research focuses on understanding how pathogenic fungi becomes resistant to treatments using genome-scale metabolic networks.

Jie Zhong (钟杰)

Jie is a visiting graduate student. She is now working on designing and developing the dGbyG website to provide a thermodynamic analysis tool.

Kaixiang Yang (杨凯翔)

Kaixiang is a Research Assistant. He sets about studying metabolism using bioinformatics and hopes to go abroad for further study.

Jie Wei (韦洁)

Jie is a 2nd-year graduate student. She is still a beginner trying to learn more and become better.

Chuyun Ding (丁楚云)

Chuyun is a 3rd-year PhD student. He is interested in stress response of intronless gene in Arabidopsis thaliana.

Xiangyu Hou (侯香宇)

Xiangyu is a 3rd-year graduate student. She sets about digging out the mechanisms and factors that lead to the generation of isozymes.

Dongjin Li (李东晋)

Dongjin is a 2nd-year graduate student. He harbors a passion for programming and holds a keen interest in biology.

Kai Sun (孙恺)

Kai is a 4th-year undergraduate student. He is interested in metabolic network model but still struggling on acquiring knowledge about it. He likes reading visual novel.

Xingcheng Shen (沈星成)

Xingcheng is a 3rd-year undergraduate student. He is studying the structure of metabolic networks and the underlying principles of them. He needs to acquire more knowledge of mathematics to do further research.

Songyuan Zhou (周松原)

Songyuan is a 4th-year undergraduate student. He is working on mathematical modeling of metabolic fluxes and learning how to do scientific research. Besides these, he also likes reading and language learning.

Snowball

Snowball is the Lab mascot. She is a Manx cat who loves opening doors, destroying locks and eating research papers, especially those with lots of equations.

Xinzhe was a Research Assistant in our lab from June 2021 to Februrary 2022.

Qilun Su (苏祺伦)

Qilun studied in our lab as an undergraduate student from September 2021 to July 2022. He is currently a graduate student in Shenzhen Bay Laboratory.

Wenchao Fan (范文超)

Wenchao was a graduate student in our lab from September 2021 to July 2024. He is currently a PhD student in Peking University.

Weiyan Zheng (郑微言)

Weiyan was a undergraduate student in our lab from September 2020 to July 2024. He is currently a PhD student in Peking University.
